MP NEET UG Counseling 2025: The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has released the revised merit list for the NEET UG mop-up round. A total of 16,494 candidates have been found eligible to participate in counseling for MBBS and BDS courses in this new list.

Reporting Dates
Candidates who secured seats in the mop-up round must report to their allotted medical or dental college between November 5 and November 8, 2025. During this time, they will be required to complete document verification and fee payment. If a candidate fails to report by the deadline, their allotted seat will be cancelled, and they will be disqualified from further counseling rounds.

List of Candidates Debarred from Counseling
The DME has informed that some candidates have been debarred from the state NEET UG 2025 counseling process. In addition, a separate list of 416 candidates admitted under the All India Quota who have been removed from the mop-up and subsequent rounds has also been released. Both lists—the merit list and the list of excluded candidates—are available on the DME's official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
