Material :
- Bread Slices: 4 (remove edges)
- Cream: ½ cup
- Sugar: 2-3 teaspoons (as per taste)
- Cardamom powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Milk: 2-3 spoons
- Chopped dry fruits: 1 tbsp (almonds, pistachios)
- Saffron threads (optional): a few
Method :
- Add cream, sugar, cardamom powder and milk in a bowl and mix well. Beat it until it becomes a smooth and creamy paste.
- After this cut the edges of the bread. Heat a pan and bake the bread on it without oil or ghee until it becomes light golden. If you want, you can make it golden by applying some ghee.
- Now take a bread slice and spread a thick layer of prepared rabri malai on it.
- Cover it with the second bread slice. Garnish with remaining dry fruits and saffron. You can serve it after cooling it slightly or immediately.
- This dessert is so delicious that your guests and family will always remember its taste.
