Zareen Katrak Khan, mother of actors Zayed Khan and Sussanne Khan, passed away at the age of 81. She was the wife of actor and filmmaker Sanjay Khan. According to media reports, he suddenly suffered a heart attack on the morning of 7 November and this became the cause of his death. His last rites were performed by his son Zayed Khan in Mumbai.
