An important update has arrived regarding the RRB Group D recruitment. The court has issued its verdict on the ongoing court case, clearing the way for the exam. According to the decision by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), 10th-pass candidates will now be eligible to appear for this recruitment exam.
What was the matter?
Let us inform you that the eligibility criteria for this recruitment (RRB Group D Recruitment 2025) were changed. Previously, it was required to have passed 10th grade and an ITI, but later it was changed to simply passing 10th grade or ITI. A petition was filed in the court arguing that the eligibility criteria cannot be changed in the main notification after the short notification was issued. However, the court rejected this appeal, declaring 10th-pass candidates eligible for the exam.
