Muhammad Shahzad Malana, widely known as Vella Munda, has revealed that his father was kidnapped two days ago. Vella Munda is a well-known YouTuber from south Punjab and has built a strong following of more than 1.49 million subscribers. His rise to fame began with simple vlogs that highlighted rural life, especially in his native area, Chowk Munda. His use of the Saraiki language earned him a loyal audience across the region.

At the time of the incident, Vella Munda was in Saudi Arabia with his wife and brothers to perform Umrah. In a recent video uploaded from Makkah, he broke into tears while standing near the Holy Kaaba. He said that he had just arrived in Saudi Arabia when he received the devastating news that his father had been abducted by unknown individuals.

In the emotional appeal, he requested urgent support from the Punjab government, especially Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. He also called on law enforcement agencies, including the Counter Terrorism Department, to act quickly and help recover his father safely.

The circumstances behind the kidnapping remain unclear. Vella Munda said he does not know whether the incident was the result of personal enmity or some other motive. He pleaded for immediate action, saying his family is in deep distress.
