Gas Agency Dealer Complaint: If a gas dealer is overcharging or not delivering cylinders on time, you can immediately file a complaint on the company's official portal.

There was a time when people cooked on earthen stoves. But now things have changed. LPG cylinders are used in every household and have become a daily necessity. Problems arise when dealers or delivery vendors act on their own, arbitrarily.

Today, LPG cylinders are a necessity for every family. However, dealers often arbitrarily charge extra delivery charges of 20-50 rupees or are negligent in delivering cylinders on time, causing consumer distress.

Even after experiencing these problems, people often don't know where and how to file a complaint. Now, companies have introduced a simple and straightforward complaint and resolution system for LPG consumers. If a dealer or vendor engages in mischarging, misbehavior, or negligence, you can file a complaint within minutes.

If your gas dealer is overcharging or misbehaving, you first need to visit your company's official portal. For example, complaints on Indane connections are filed directly on the Indian Oil Grievance Portal.

You can select the appropriate category, such as refill supply, cylinder quality, overcharging, or service delays. After selecting a category on the portal, your complaint is forwarded to the relevant department. This complaint process is transparent.

Consumers can see for themselves what action was taken on the complaint, which officer it reached, and how long it will take to resolve it. To file a complaint, you need to enter basic information such as your LPG ID, registered mobile number, or customer ID.

After filing a complaint, you must indicate the amount of overcharge, the vendor's misconduct, or the cylinder's delay. Upon submitting the complaint, you receive a reference number, which allows you to track the status of the complaint at your convenience.
