MP gets more than Rs 5 crore ration quota

According to the Food and Civil Supplies Department, the Central Government has given ration quota to about 5 crore 46 lakh people in MP. Through which about 2.93 lakh metric tons of ration will be distributed every month. Due to completion of quota, new names were not being added till now. But after the survey, the way to get ration card is clear.

How to apply for ration card?

The process of application and verification of new ration card is going on fast in Madhya Pradesh. The special thing is that the application process is completely online. For which e-KYC of those who apply is being done. Through which your eligibility will be checked. If found eligible, you are given an eligibility slip. You can download your eligibility slip through Ration Mitra portal. Not only this, you can also see the ration card shop and beneficiary details.

People living below the poverty line can go to any public service center and apply with their documents. After verification, new ration cards will be given to the eligible families, so that they will be able to directly avail the benefits of the free ration scheme.

These documents are necessary in the application

To get a new ration card, it is necessary to carry Aadhar card of all the family members, identity card for the head of the family (Voter ID, PAN card), passport size photograph of the head, bank passbook, electricity bill, copy of LPG gas connection, residence certificate, income certificate. Only after this you can apply for BPL card.

After submitting the online form for ration card, the duplicate will be checked against the National Aadhaar data. If a ration card has not already been made in that name, then the application will be approved. After this the eligibility of the ration card applicant will be checked. If everything is found correct in the investigation, then the supply officer will issue the ration card. After this, information about the new ration card will be given through SMS. You can get ration only after making a new ration card.
