Dharmendra Property Distribution: More than a week has passed since the demise of veteran cinema actor Dharmendra, but the grief of his family and fans has still not diminished. Yes, Dharmendra was not only famous as the ‘He-Man’ of Bollywood, but the actor was also the owner of property worth more than Rs 450 crore. Dharmendra’s two families

As everyone knows Dharmendra had two families – his first wife Prakash Kaur and their children Sunny, Bobby, Ajita and Vijeta. Apart from this, his second wife- Hema Malini and his two daughters- Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. Not only this, Dharmendra also has a total of 13 grandchildren.

Sunny Deol broke his silence

The thing to note is that Hema Malini and her daughters did not attend the prayer meet organized by Dharmendra. He had organized a separate prayer meet at his home. Meanwhile, questions were being raised whether Isha and Ahana would get a share in Dharmendra’s property or not? According to reports, a source close to the family said that Sunny Deol has made it clear that Esha and Ahana Deol will be given their full share.

The source said, ‘There is no dispute of any kind between Sunny, Bobby and Isha and Ahana. These are all rumours. There will be no drama, no fight. The family is united. The source further said, ‘Sunny will respect his father’s wishes. Dharmendra wanted that all his children should get equal rights. Isha and Ahana will always be a part of the family.

To whom did Dharmendra give ancestral land worth Rs 5 crore?

Dharmendra was very fond of his father’s village Dango. He had about 2.5 acres of ancestral land there. According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, Dharmendra’s father had asked him to take responsibility of this land. Keeping this promise, Dharmendra transferred this land to his uncle’s children. According to the report, Dharmendra had given this land in the name of his cousin’s son Buta Singh, who works in a textile factory in Ludhiana. The value of this land is said to be around Rs 5 crore.

Dharmendra’s net worth and assets

Dharmendra’s total wealth is said to be between Rs 400-450 crore. This includes a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai, a farmhouse spread over 100 acres in Lonavala, which is worth around Rs 17 crore. Plans were also underway to build a luxury resort with 30 cottages in the farmhouse located in Lonavala. According to reports, there was a plan to distribute Dharmendra’s entire property equally among his six children.

Dharmendra also invested money in the production house and produced films like ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’. It is worth noting that Dharmendra had also entered the hotel business in the year 2022 under the name ‘Garam Dharam Dhaba’. After some time, he opened another restaurant named ‘He-Man’ on Karnal Highway.
