Panchak December 2025: In Hindu religion and astrology, every date, day, constellation and yoga is considered especially important. These include 'Panchak'. It is seen as an inauspicious period in astrology. According to the Panchang, when the Moon transits in Dhanishtha, Shatabhisha, Purva Bhadrapada, Uttara Bhadrapada and Revati Nakshatra, then Panchak occurs on these five days.

In the month of December, Panchak will start from 24th. This Panchak will last till 7:41 am on 29th December. 24th December is falling on Wednesday, hence this Panchak starting on this day will be called Raj Panchak. Panchak, which lasts for five days, is considered a very important and sensitive time in astrology. It is believed that some work done during Panchak can invite trouble even unknowingly. Do not do this work even by mistake during Panchak

• No new work should be started during Panchak. Especially during this period, the foundation of a new house should not be laid even by mistake. The roofing work of the house should not be done during this period. Doing this may cause financial loss. There may also be family problems.
• One should not travel during Panchak. Traveling during this period is not considered good at all. Traveling especially towards the south can cause problems. Traveling in the south direction during Panchak can lead to an accident or financial loss.
• Transactions should not be done in the five days of Panchak. Doing transactions during this period can result in huge losses. Investing money can lead to loss.
• Auspicious activities like marriage, engagement, entering a new house etc. should not be done during Panchak.
• Work related to bedroom should also not be done during Panchak. During this period, painting of walls, buying of a new cot or any work related to the bedroom is not done. This may cause problems in marital life.
