Honda Activa
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India’s Activa had the highest sales last month. More than 2.54 lakh units were sold, whereas in the same period last year this figure was 1.74 lakh units. Activa has been maintaining a strong hold in the Indian market for a long time.

TVS Jupiter
TVS Motor Company’s Jupiter stood at second place. It sold more than 1.27 lakh units, which is a better performance than last year’s 1.03 lakh units.

Suzuki Access 125

Suzuki Motorcycle India’s Access 125 was at third place. More than 70 thousand units were sold last month, whereas last year this figure was around 59 thousand units.

TVS NTorq 125
TVS’s sporty scooter NTorq 125 stood at fourth place. Its sales were recorded at around 32 thousand units, which is better than last year.

Honda Dio
Honda Dio is also included in the top 5. About 28 thousand units were sold. This scooter is very popular especially among the youth.

It is clear from these figures that Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India and TVS Motor Company continue to dominate the Indian scooter market. Due to better mileage, affordable price and reliable performance, these models remain the first choice of customers. In the coming time, competition is expected to increase further with the arrival of more new models in this segment.
