Tyson Fury is back in action this weekend, taking on Russian challenger Arslanbek Makhmudov in London, just over a year after retiring. Since calling time on the sport for the fourth time in his career, Fury has undergone some personal changes. One of which is to relocate to a new six-bedroom home on the tax haven of the Isle of Man.
The luxury pad is said to have set the British heavyweight back by a cool £8million. Fury, his wife Paris, and their seven children moved to the island in late 2025 following the government's changes to tax laws. The family had previously lived in their hometown of Morecambe, Lancashire, but have been spotted at various locations around the island since moving several months ago.
The British boxing star is estimated to be worth around a staggering £160m. His dramatic move from England to the island was thought to be motivated by more favourable tax conditions.
Records lodged with Companies House in London confirmed that Tyson Luke Fury, 37, as the ultimate beneficial owner of Tyson Fury Ltd, became 'usually resident' on the island as of December 2025.
The fighter known as the 'Gypsy King' would face a 45 per cent tax liability due to his earnings exceeding the £125,140 threshold in the UK. The Isle of Man offers a top income tax rate of 21% and a tax cap of £220,000, which is far lower than what is often paid on these shores.
It also imposes no capital gains or inheritance taxes, which is a major draw for many wealthy individuals. Fury was forced into action after the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, also introduced a new levy on properties exceeding £2m in value, an amount the family home in Morecambe comfortably exceeded.
In June of last year, it emerged that the boxer's company, Tyson Fury Ltd, held £162m in cash and investments. The firm's value had increased by £82m since 2023. Tyson was believed to have paid himself £100,000.

With finances possibly in mind, the family relocated to the luxurious stone-laden farmhouse in the countryside near the capital, Douglas.
Paris and Fury are parents to daughters Venezuela, 16, Valencia, eight, and Athena, and sons Prince John James, 15, Prince Tyson II, nine, Prince Adonis Amaziah, seven, and Prince Rico Paris, two.
The couple often keep fans up to date on their lives on social media, with Paris showing off sections of the house on Instagram. Among the photos are Paris in the kitchen and standing outside the rustic-looking house.
While Fury has not publicly spoken on the move, a source informed The Sun last year: "Tyson has been telling pals that he has moved to the island.
"He is very fond of the Isle of Man and has been telling residents that he is looking forward to making it his home. The couple have also been checking out schools in the area for their youngest kids."
However, all the former heavyweight champion's focus will now be on his first fight since December 2024. Fury will face Makhmudov on Saturday in a 12-round bout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the clash live on Netflix.
The main card is set to get underway at 7pm, with Fury and his opponent expected to make their ring walks around 10:30pm.
