On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, as part of the campaign being run against illegal construction in the city, the enforcement team on Wednesday took action in Sarojininagar, Ashiana, Neelmatha, Sushant Golf City and Bazaarkhala area. During this period, seven commercial constructions being done illegally were sealed.
Atul Krishna Singh, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-2, said that a commercial complex of about 2000 square feet area was being constructed by Amit Aggarwal and others on plot number-570/09 in Pakrikheda near Sector-H in Ashiana. Similarly, commercial construction was being done by Gyan Chandra Yadav and others on a plot of area of about 600 square meters behind Vindhyavasini Temple in Vijay Nagar, Neelmatha.
At the same time, commercial construction was being done by Anshuman and others on a plot of area of about 3000 square feet on the main Phulwari Road in front of Kailash Enclave in Sushant Golf City police station area. These three illegal construction works, which were being done without getting the map approved from the authority, were sealed by the enforcement team with the help of the police force.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-3, Vandana Pandey said that Bajrang Yadav and others attacked T.S. in Anoura, Sarojini Nagar. Commercial construction was being done on a plot of area of about 140 square meters on Mishra Road. At the same place, a building was being constructed by Kanti Yadav, Ajit Yadav and others on a plot of area of about 225 square meters. Similarly, commercial construction was being done by Neeraj Yadav and others on a plot of area of about 140 square meters.
The above three construction works, which were being carried out without getting the map approved by the authority, were sealed by the enforcement team. Rajiv Kumar, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-7, said that a shop was being constructed by Deepak Lakwani and others on a plot of area of about 60 square meters next to Prakash Enterprises in Bazaarkhala. The said construction work, which was being done illegally without getting the map approved by the authority, was sealed by the enforcement team.
