January 23, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India]: Leading PVC-based product maker and supplier Kaka Industries Limited is pleased to announce the complete commissioning of its state-of-the-art production plant located in Village Lasundra, Tehsil Kathlal, District Kheda, Gujarat. This milestone follows the successful resolution of a long-standing power supply problem that had been limiting the plant’s ability to operate for the previous six months.

Over the next two to three years, the plant’s production will surpass the existing capacity utilization of 18,000 MTPA by more than 120%. The facility has an astounding total land area of around 800,000 square feet, with an exceptional capacity utilization of 40,000 MTPA.

Problem with the Power Supply Fixed

Over the previous six months, the factory suffered serious difficulties as a result of the erratic power supply. However, Kaka Industries Limited became reliant on Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) for a continuous electricity supply from January 2, 2025. The infrastructure for the electrical lines has also been finished. The facility is ready to run at full capacity now that this problem has been fixed, ushering in a new age of efficiency and production for the business.
