Aamir Dalvi is back with yet another amusing project with Anurag Kashyap after nailing in Kennedy . The actor will be seen in Anurag Kashyap's The Last Ride , the short film that has been selected for the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival . In an exclusive conversation with Times Of India TV, the actor got candid about the venture and working with Anurag Kashyap yet again.
How was it working with Anurag again and how does it feel to have his trust yet again post Kennedy?
It feels great working with him again, of course, he is just producing this one. But it goes to say a lot for me, it's like to have his trust yet again post Kennedy. For any actor who has been associated with a director of such great calibre is an overwhelming feeling and a great spot to be in.
Do we see this film win at the festival too?
Well, for a film going to the festival is a win in itself. Winning is secondary for now. To get selected and be able to showcase our film on such a great platform is already a medal and a win for us.
What made you say yes to doing it?
Being a project by Anurag Kashyap, more importantly when I read the script for the first time and when I read my part, I felt that these were lines that I wanted to deliver and I could see myself doing it quite convincingly. As we further delved into the character, I was sure that I wanted to do it and be a part of it and experiment with it.
