New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has shifted the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) January 28, 29 and 30 papers exam centre in Ayodhya due to the MahaKumbh Mela 2025. Candidates allotted the Institute for Advanced Computer Technology, 21/03/44/03, Behind Choti Devkali Mandir, Tulsi Nagar, Ayodhya, Faizabad, UP-224723 exam centre will now have to appear for the paper at the SRS Digital Institute, MIG-35, Kaushalpuri Colony Phase-2, Ayodhya. The fresh admit card for these exam dates is available on the JEE Main website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Because of the huge congregation of devotees in the city, the decision to change the JEE Main Ayodhya exam centre has been made.
The NTA’s official notice reads, ‘Based on the recommendations of the District Level Committee and the District Administration, the following change is made in the examination centre due to the huge congregation of devotees in Mahakumbh at Ayodhya near Ram Path leading to River Saryu.’
The JEE Main 2025 session 1 exam is scheduled for January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29 and 30. The exam is begin held in two shifts- shift 1 starts at 9 AM and concludes at 12 noon, with shift 2 begins at 3 PM and concludes by 6 PM. As per the feedback received from candidates who attempted the paper on January 22, 23, and 24, the paper was easy to moderate in difficulty level. Physics was relatively easier, with chemistry being lengthy and mathematics of a moderate level.
