The Travelling Auctioneers season three is already in full swing with all eyes are on the show's fresh faces, including Lauren Wood.
With the beloved Christina Trevanion narrating, fans are eagerly following the team as they scour the nation for antiques ripe for restoration and auction.
Regulars Izzie Balmer and JJ Chalmers continue to dazzle viewers with their expertise, yet it's the expanded team that's adding zest to the series.
Restorers Lauren Wood and Saf Fakir, alongside auctioneers Briony "Bee" Harford and James "JB" Broad, are the intriguing newbies stirring up excitement among BBC daytime watchers.
Interest continues to swirl around newcomer Lauren Wood who is a genius in the realm of carpentry.
Since her childhood days piecing together Lego marvels and being drawn into her father's DIY projects, Lauren's passion for woodwork has been unmistakable.
After a decade of teaching woodwork at a secondary school, it was her wife Martha - lovingly referred to as Dolly - who nudged her towards TV stardom by downloading the application form for Handmade: Britain's Best Woodworker.
Following Dolly's encouragement, Lauren joined the second season of the woodwork challenge.
Lauren and Dolly, whose romance bloomed during a surf camp getaway in Gower, Wales, in July 2012, now share two children, with a third child on the way as Lauren embarked on her television adventure.
Tragically, Dolly suffered a miscarriage during the filming of clock week, which moved her to channel the painful experience into creativity on Britain's Best Woodworker.
Talking to Diva, Lauren revealed her heartfelt motive behind the poignant piece: "My clock design was a clock representing our IVF journey, representing the womb lining and the embryo (clock face) balancing carefully inside.
"The stand was representative of a rainbow, and it was showing how time stands still and everything is in balance during IVF."
"I didn't put a battery in our clock, and I did one dot for midnight - Dot was going to be the name of our third child.
"Dolly was incredibly supportive throughout and she held the fort back at home with our children at a particularly crazy time. We both had to be strong and keep going."
Fans of the show might remember that Lauren emerged victorious on Channel 4's hit series in 2022.
Speaking about her work's impact, Lauren shared her enthusiasm: "For me, being hands on and restoring things is a life skill that not only brings joy to myself and others but also means we as a nation can reuse products and save them from landfill, so I'm thrilled to be putting my passion into practice alongside this top team!"
The Travelling Auctioneers continues weekdays at 4.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
