Excessive consumption of olive oil can also affect the digestive system. If you consume too much olive oil, it can put additional pressure on your digestive system. This can cause problems like indigestion, gas, or diarrhea.

Allergy problem

Experts say that some people may also be allergic to olive oil. Excessive consumption of it can cause itching and rashes. If you are using olive oil for the first time, then use it in small quantities only.

The dietician says that one or two spoons of olive oil can be used daily. It can be used by mixing it in salad dressing, light vegetables and soup. Keep in mind that olive oil should not be used for deep frying. Its nutrients can be lost if heated too much.
