If media reports are to be believed, then that day is Dev Narayan Jayanti and on its occasion, there will be a holiday in all the schools of Rajasthan state. Its order has been issued by the state government.

Know when is Dev Narayan Jayanti

The 1113th birth anniversary festival of folk deity Devnarayan Bhagwan, who is considered to be the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, will be celebrated on 3 and 4 February. Devnarayan Jayanti is celebrated every year with great pomp by the devotees of Gurjar society and all the society on Surya Saptami of Shukla Paksha of Magh month.

On this day, religious programs like tableaux, processions, worship, and bandanas are organized in Haryana, Rajasthan, and western parts of Uttar Pradesh. There will be a holiday in all the schools of Rajasthan state on the occasion of Dev Narayan Jayanti. Its order has been issued by the state government.
