Bollywood actress Sunny Leone's restaurant in Lucknow and Bar 'Chika Loca' has been stayed by the Consumer Court. This order has been issued after the complaint of Prema Sinha, resident of Experience Capital, Lucknow. In the complaint, it was alleged that restaurants and bars are being constructed at the designated place for children's play, community hall and senior citizens. Which can endanger the safety and convenience of the region.
It was also said in the complaint that the restaurant and bar are being constructed near the Indira Gandhi Foundation and the High Court. There may be a threat of security in these places. During the hearing, Justice Ashok Kumar also expressed concern over the negligence of the Lucknow Development Authority and asked the officials to investigate the situation.
The Consumer Court has scheduled the next hearing in this case on 19 February. In which the future of this project will be decided. During the hearing on this issue, Justice also said that the construction of restaurants and bar can be not only a threat to the safety of local citizens in that area, but it can also affect the peace of the area.
The Consumer Court issued this order following the complaint of Prema Sinha. Under which the construction of restaurants and bars has been banned. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on 19 February. Where the court will consider this issue in detail and a final decision will be taken.
There is an atmosphere of dissatisfaction among local citizens and regional representatives since the news of Sunny Leone's restaurant and bar opened. Local people feel that this restaurant may increase the traffic problem in the area even more.
