In order to install the main girder of the Foot Over Bridge (FOB) between Kalyan and Vangani, the Central Railway will implement a special traffic ban on Saturday evening. The last local train to Karjat will thus leave CSMT at 11:51 PM. A specific power block will be in place for two hours, from 1:30 AM until 3:30 AM. Suburban services between Kalyan and Karjat will not operate during the block. According to the Central Railway notification, the last local train to Karjat would leave CSMT at 11:51 PM and arrive in Karjat at 1:49 AM.

Western Railway Disruption: The slow line between Churchgate and Mumbai Central had a 20-minute disruption on Friday afternoon. Passengers were forced to walk on the tracks as a result. A mechanical issue with a local train heading towards Mumbai Central at Mahalaxmi station caused the inconvenience, which lasted from 3:28 PM to 3:51 PM.

Sunday’s Upcoming Disruptions: Mumbai Local Trains will be impacted by a major block on Sunday. The fifth line between Jogeshwari and Kandivali on the Western Railway will be closed, as will the fast line between Matunga and Mulund on the Central Railway.

Central Railway Block: The fast line between Matunga and Mulund will experience a mega block from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be a 15-minute delay at this period while CSMT’s down fast services are switched to the slow line at Matunga.

Western Railway Block: The fifth line between Jogeshwari and Kandivali will host the mega block from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. All trains leaving Bandra Terminus that are going to Andheri and Borivali will be rerouted to the down fast line during this time.
