Captain Mark Phillips officially divorced the Princess Royal in April 1992 and went on to marry his second wife, Hawaiian equestrian Sandy Pflueger, in February 1997.

Their daughter, Stephanie Phillips, was born later that year, on October 2.

Stephanie grew up in Aston Farm, which is within Gatcombe Park - Princess Anne's 700-acre royal estate - and very close to her half-siblings.

Members of her extended family attended her own wedding to William Hosier at St Mary The Virgin Church in Tetbury in 2022. The pair had been dating since 2019.
