Next on Netflix 2025: The streaming giant is announcing its slate for this year and it has a lineup which will only make the hearts of OTT audiences happy. After 2022’s film HIT: The First Case, Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra are all set to reunite for a heartwarming comedy titled Toaster. As they say, Murder and mayhem ensue as a miser gets fixated on a toaster he gifted for a wedding.

The team Toaster in an official statement said, “As first-time producers stepping into production with 'Toaster' has been an exhilarating experience. This film tells a quirky, layered story that masterfully blends humour, chaos, and unexpected twists.” Watch the trailer here and laugh out loud expecting a hilarious riot coming your way this 2025:-

The official statement further read, “With a talented cast, including Sanya Malhotra, Abhishekh Bannerjee, Upendra Limaye, Seema Pahwa, Jitendra Joshi, and Archana Puran Singh the narrative navigates a complex web of secrets, and surprises - all centred around a seemingly ordinary toaster. As Kampa Film we are thrilled to partner with Netflix, who share our passion for innovative storytelling, and we can't wait for audiences to experience this unique and entertaining tale soon."

Sanya and Rajkummar’s Hit: The First Case was released in 2022 and was written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu.
