has shared a rare update following her departure from . The presenter was shockingly axed from the channel's Breakfast show in December 2024 and replaced by Ellie Costello. Isabel had presented the morning programme since the channel's launch in 2021.

Isabel took to on Monday morning to encourage her fans to read her weekly column.

She shared: "Don't forget you can get my weekly take in 'View From The Back' where I say what you are thinking. Only in @woman.maguk.

Recent columns in January have covered: Elon Musk - if he wasn't so terrifying he'd be fascinating, Online cheating - it's easier than ever to destroy your relationships, Driving tests for the over 70's - not necessarily a great idea.

"Grab a copy and a cuppa and sit down and enjoy a read."

Isabel's comments section was filled with fans lamenting her exit from the news channel.

One wrote: "We all miss you on GB News!!!" To which Isabel replied: "Thank you! I hear this a LOT."

Another echoed: "As everyone is saying, breakfast Mon-Wed just lacking that special ingredient! Sorely missed, will read the column though, oh and I have the exact same EB mug."

And a third said: "I agree with everyone. You and Eamonn were my dream team on a morning."

The reason behind Isabel's axe is yet to be confirmed, but a source told MailOnline that "Isabel was too woke and not on message" for the channel's brand.

Her exit came amid a huge shake-up at the channel which also saw Mark Dolan axed and Jacob Rees-Mogg's hours cut.

Mark confirmed his departure from his Saturday evening show after four years on social media, penning on X/Twitter: "GB News have made the decision to permanently relieve me of my duties at the channel. I will speak publicly about this in due course."

He then told viewers on his new show, The Mark Dolan Show: "Let me tell you that leaving GB News was not my choice. I was fired. It took minutes. But let me tell you, they did it nicely."

"I have made friends for life - cherished friendships. And that is a wonderful thing.

"Plus, it's my view that Britain needs GB News and I believe it will prevail. But I am going to prevail too, and then some, with an online product that will get the country and the world talking. I can do more here than I could do over there, so watch me go."
