net worth is a mystery for the ages - with the rapper claiming to be the richest musician on the planet.

Kanye lost his billionaire status overnight in 2022, when he was dropped by Adidas for his anti-Semitic rants. He was also dropped by Vogue magazine, fashion house Balenciaga and his talent agency, CAA.

But after splashing millions on an advert at last year's , Ye claims he was back on top.

Originally worth $2billion, Kanye's net worth plummeted to $400million in 2022. Now he claims it's at $2.77billion, writing on Instagram: "In 2025, Ye's net worth stands at $2.77 billion USD as confirmed by Eton Venture Services. The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark."

The company's official website claims it is the "gold standard in business valuation services since 2020. Trusted by top companies, VC/PE, legal teams, accountants & high-net worth individuals."

However, Forbes magazine claims Kanye's net worth is still $400million as of January 24th, 2025.

Without his Adidas partnership worth $1.5billion, his fortune "drops", the magazine claims, writing: "His current fortune includes cash, real estate, the value of his music catalog and a 5% stake in his ex-wife Kim Kardashian West's shapewear brand Skims."

Adidas dropped Ye from its books with a statement that read: "Adidas does not tolerate anti-Semitism and any other sort of hate speech.

"Ye's recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company's values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness."
