  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornflor or gram flour (for binding)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh spices (olive oil or fried in oil)

Method:

  1. Prepare the stuffed mixture:

    • First, mix boiled potatoes, green peas, carrots, capsicum, and beans well.
    • Add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, green chillies and salt and mix well.
    • To keep this mixture slightly wet, add a little cornflor or gram flour so that it can bind.
  2. Give leg piece shape:

    • Now take out small parts from this mixture, shape them in the shape of the chicken leg. If you want, you can also make it like a roll.
  3. Prepare coating:

    • First roll the leg piece in a little flour or maida, then wrap it in bread crumbs. This will make them crisp.
  4. Frying process:

    • Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, put the veg leg piece in the oil and fry until it turns golden brown well.
  5. Serve:

    • Serve hot veg leg pieces with fresh coriander leaves and green chutney.
