In recent weeks, Marlon (played by Mark Charnock) and Rhona (Zoe Henry) have been grappling with the emotional upheaval that comes when a youngster goes missing. However, they were relieved to find out that April had been located after Monday's episode.

In the harrowing episode, which can already be viewed on ITVX, April gives birth in a gym toilet, only to tragically discover her baby was stillborn.

So, what is April Windsor's age?

April Windsor is 15 years old. She is the daughter of Donna Windsor (Verity Rushworth) and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), and half-sister to Leo Goskirk (Harvey Rogerson), reports .

Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) is also April's grandfather. The actress Amelia, who portrays April, is 16 years old.

April's mother left the village while pregnant and made her own mother, Viv Hope (Deena Payne), promise not to reveal to Marlon that he was the father.

It wasn't until 2014 that April and Donna returned to the village, and Donna finally revealed the truth to Marlon.

Although initially reluctant to be involved with his daughter, Marlon eventually warmed up to her, and they developed a close bond.

In recent episodes, April mysteriously vanished from the village and has been missing for several weeks, causing Marlon and Rhona (Zoe Henry) to panic.

In the latest gripping episode, viewers were shocked to discover the reason behind the teenager's sudden departure from the village: she was secretly pregnant.

The dramatic scenes unfolded as April was seen giving birth alone in a gym toilet, where it heartbreakingly became clear that her baby was stillborn. Distraught, she tearfully apologised to her silent newborn.

Speculation is also rife about the identity of April's baby's father - but who could he be?

The show has yet to reveal who fathered April's child, but fans have been busy theorising. Some suggest Ross Barton (played by Michael Parr), while others think Anthony (portrayed by Nicholas Day), Ruby's (Beth Cordingly's character) father might be responsible.

Tragically, Anthony was recently killed by Ruby in a moving storyline just last week.
