Crime Beat OTT release date: The crime thriller Crime Beat, featuring Saba Azad and Saqib Saleem in lead roles, is set to premiere on OTT soon. While the official trailer is yet to be released, the announcement poster was unveiled on February 7. Crime Beat will be streaming on ZEE5 from February 21, 2025.

In the show, aspiring journalist Abhishek dreams of fame, but his journey takes a turn when he uncovers a hidden secret in the city with a determined cop by his side. 

Along the way, he discovers that even his editor has something to hide.

The teaser gives a glimpse into the life of a crime reporter unraveling a mystery. "Crime Beat, an honest cop, a dangerous criminal, and a twisted journalist are coming together so be prepared for some breaking news! #CrimeBeat on #ZEE5, coming soon," reads the official synopsis.

Speaking to ANI, the makers shared that Crime Beat brings a fresh and unique concept, offering audiences a crime thriller unlike anything seen before in India.

Helmed by acclaimed directors Sudhir Mishra and Sanjeev Kaul, Crime Beat boasts a stellar ensemble cast, featuring Saqib Saleem, Ranvir Shorey, Sai Tamhankar, Danish Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Addinath Kothare, and Saba Azad, among others, in pivotal roles.

The upcoming crime thriller is set to take audiences on a gripping journey into the world of investigative journalism and law enforcement, unravelling dark secrets and high-stakes drama.

Back in June 2023, actress Saba Azad had taken to Instagram to express her excitement about the project. Sharing a glimpse of what’s to come, she wrote, "My next!! Khabar pakki hai, Crime Beat will blow you away! #CrimeBeat on #ZEE5 coming soon."
