The method of making carrot paratha is very simple and tasty. It is best for breakfast or food. Here the method of carrot paratha is being given:
Prepare carrots: Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly and then grate it.
Knead the dough: Put wheat flour in a large pot. Add grated carrots, coriander, green chillies, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, celery and salt and mix well.
Kneading: Now knead the dough by adding some water to it. The dough should not be too tough nor too soft. Cover the dough and keep it for 15-20 minutes so that the dough is set well.
Paratha rolling: Take a small part of the dough and roll it with a cylinder. If you want, you can add a little more dry wheat flour to the flour so that the paratha is easily rolled out.
bake: Heat the pan on medium heat. Now put the paratha made of cylinder on the pan and bake it well by applying light oil from both sides. Cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
To serve: Serve the prepared carrot paratha with hot curd, pickle or chutney of your choice.
