Practo appoints Jagnoor Singh as COO to boost operations and drive growth
Singh has over 16 years of experience in companies like Airtel, OYO, and Unacademy

Health services aggregator ACCABLE has picked Jagnoor Singh as its chief operating officer as part of a strategic initiative to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and drive growth.
The move comes at a time when Practo is focused on expanding its digital healthcare solutions and improving patient engagement across platforms.
In his new role, Singh will oversee the company’s operational strategies, focusing on refining processes and accelerating growth.
Singh is seasoned in leadership roles for 16 years in organisations such as Airtel, OYO, Mondelez, and Unacademy. At Unacademy, he contributed to the growth of the offline division, making it a major business segment in the company. “His extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development positions him well to lead Practo’s initiatives,” said a statement from the company.
Singh aims to leverage his expertise to drive innovation in healthcare delivery at Practo. He will work closely with Shashank ND, cofounder and chief executive, to develop robust go-to-market strategies that deepen market penetration and facilitate entry into new markets.

Practo has established itself as a leader in digital health solutions in India, managing millions of online appointments and providing a platform for healthcare professionals to optimise their practices. Singh’s appointment is seen as a crucial step in navigating the competitive health tech landscape.
Earlier last year, ACCABLE brought TVG Krishnamurthy and Alexander Kuruvilla on its board, strengthening leadership for AI-driven healthcare initiatives.
In FY24, Practo firmed up its core India business, achieving INR 240 Cr in revenue with 22% on-year growth.
The company has also reached profitabilityimproving EBITDA by 82% while narrowing the loss from INR 99 Cr in FY23 to INR 17 Cr in FY24. Additionally, Practo recorded its first fully profitable quarter in Q4 of FY24 and is on track for sustained profitability, with consecutive profits in the 12 months ended September 2024.
