Kaushaljis vs Kaushal OTT Release Date: This much-awaited family comedy is all set to stream soon. Directed by Seemaa Desai, this film explores the funny side of generational gaps, family dynamics, and the clash between tradition and modernity. Get ready for a hilarious ride as Kaushaljis vs Kaushal will be available on the newly launched JioHotstar from February 21, 2025.

Kaushaljis vs Kaushal revolves around Yug Kaushal (played by Pavail Gulati), a 27-year-old who moves from his small-town home in Kannauj to fast-paced Delhi. As he adjusts to city life, he often criticizes his parents for being old-fashioned. But when his comments push his parents into trying to live a more modern lifestyle, it causes unexpected chaos.

Now, Yug must figure out how to fix the mess he’s created and save his family. In the process, he learns the value of tradition, the importance of family, and the need for second chances in relationships.

Kaushaljis vs Kaushal stars Ashutosh Rana as Mr. Kaushal and Sheeba Chaddha as Mrs. Kaushal. Ashutosh describes his character as a quirky accountant who loves qawwali. Sheeba, on the other hand, plays a wife who, after years of balancing family duties, begins to rediscover herself and her relationship.

Pavail Gulati, who plays Yug, shares how his character is caught in the middle of trying to fix his parents' marriage while also dealing with his own relationship struggles. He hopes audiences, especially younger viewers, will connect with Yug’s journey. Supporting roles from Isha Talwar (Kiara), Brijendra Kala (Aseemji), and Grusha Kapoor (Sheela Aunty) are just icing on the cake.

Director Seemaa Desai explains in a media statement, “This film is about love, family, and the ups and downs that come with both. It’s a look at how even after years of conflict, love can still have a place.”
