Material –
Bonless Chicken- 500 grams
Egg-1
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Arrowroot- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 2 tablespoons
Garlic- 1 tsp
Ginger- 1 tsp
Dry red chili-3
Red chili paste- 1 tablespoon
Green onion- 80 grams
Soya Sauce- 1 TableSpoon
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Chinese- 1 tsp
Chicken Stock- 110 Ml
Arrowroot- 1 tablespoon
Water- 2 tablespoons
Green onion- 45 grams
Method –
First, add 500 grams of boneless chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tablespoon arrowroot to the bowl and mix well.
Now heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken till it turns golden brown and crispy and keep it on the tissue paper and keep it aside.
– Then heat 2 tablespoons oil in the pan and add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 3 dry red chili and cook until golden brown.
After this, mix 1 tablespoon red chili paste and add 80 grams of green onion and fry it till it becomes light brown.
Now after adding 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 110 ml. Boil chicken stock well.
Then mix 1 tablespoon arrowroot, 2 tablespoons of water in the bowl and add it to the gravy and cook till it thickens.
Now mix fryed chicken and 45 grams of green onion well.
– Chicken is ready as Hong Kong. Now serve it hot.
