These signs are found before death

• According to Garuda Purana, before death a person stops being able to see his nose.
• When death is near, a person cannot see his shadow in oil or water. That is why it is said that at the time of death, a person's shadow also leaves him.
• Before death the lines on a person's hand become very light. Some people stop seeing them completely.
• Just before death, a person starts seeing some strange things even in his dreams, like seeing an extinguished lamp.
• Before dying, a person starts feeling spirits around him. These are the spirits of his ancestors who start celebrating his arrival in the afterlife because their dead relative is now going to come to them.
• According to Garun Puran, before a person dies, his breathing starts going in the opposite direction. Sometimes he starts seeing the messengers of death so close that he cannot see the people around him.
