There is now good news for those who have two separate plots in Kanpur, but they were unable to build them simultaneously. An important proposal has been passed in the board meeting of Kanpur Development Authority (KDA), after which people will now be able to get the same construction on two different plots.
This new rule will be especially beneficial for those whose plots are with each other and they were not able to construct together. According to this proposal, the same map can be passed for two different plots. This means that if you have two plots with each other, then you can connect them and get them constructed together.
For this, approval of the same map will have to be taken. However, certain conditions have also been fixed to avail this facility. Now this facility will be available only for residential and commercial plots. This means that if you have two residential plots or two commercial plots, then you can add them and get them constructed simultaneously.
For this, you have to pay one percent of the circle rate of residential plot and three percent of the circle rate of the commercial plot. The KDA Board has unanimously approved this decision. Under this proposal, only those plots will be connected together, which are owned by a person, family, firm or company. In addition, this rule will not apply to the plots of EWS and LIG.
Only the same plots which will be used for the same purpose, such as both plots are residential or both commercial, they can be added. A maximum of two plots will be allowed to be added to the residential layout, no more than that.
Under this new rule, if you have two plots and you want to build them together then you have to follow these conditions. This decision will prove to be a good opportunity for those who wanted to make a big construction by adding their two plots. Now they will be able to easily construct on both plots with the same map.
