Lalit Modi is not a new name for those who have been following cricket or the country's politics for the last 10 years. The new generation may remember this person as the boyfriend of Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen. Today, Lalit Modi may be known as a fugitive who has left India and settled abroad for fear of arrest. But there was a time when Lalit Modi's name used to be very popular in Indian cricket. The world's most expensive cricket league i.e. IPL was also the brainchild of him. Now he is once again in the headlines.
