RRB Group D Recruitment: If you want to work in railways then this news is important for you. Indian Railways has extended the last date of Group D recruitment.

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has changed the date of application for recruitment to 32,438 vacant posts of Group D. Earlier the last date of application was fixed as 22 February 2025, which has now been extended to 1 March 2025. Candidates who could not apply till now due to some reason can now fill out their application by 1 March. The application can be done online on the official website of RRB Chandigarh www.rrbcdg.gov.in. Apart from this, candidates can also apply from the direct link given here. New dates and changes in the amendment process

Along with the increase in the application date, the dates for depositing the fee and amendment in the application have also been changed. Now candidates can apply till March 1 and deposit the fee till March 3, 2025. Apart from this, if any candidate finds a mistake in the application, then they can amend the form from 4 to 13 March 2025.

Essential Eligibility

To apply for RRB Group D posts, the candidate must have passed only 10th class, and it should be from a recognized board/institution. Apart from this, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 36 years. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per the rules. Age will be calculated based on 1 January 2025.

This application fee will have to be paid.

To apply in this recruitment, candidates of the General, OBC, and EWS category will have to deposit a fee of Rs 500. At the same time, SC / ST, PH, EBC and female candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 250.

Process of applying

To apply online for RRB Group D recruitment, candidates must first visit the official website www.rrbcdg.gov.in.

Click on CEN 8/24 (Level 1) on the home page of the website.

After this click on the application link related to the recruitment.

Now candidates have to register by clicking on the 'Create Account' option.

After registration, candidates should complete the form by filling other details.

Finally submit the form by paying the prescribed application fee.
