The legendary Global Professional Services firm says that due to slow growth and increasing uncertainty at the global level, the salary increase in 2025 can only be at 9.2 percent, which was 9.3 percent last year. AON PLC has prepared this report by collecting data from 45 different industries and more than 1,400 companies.

Possibility of tremendous increment in some sector

The first reason for this is that the companies were afraid to leave the jobs of employees, due to which the salary increment was 10.6 percent in the year 2022. Now the employees think a lot before leaving the job, the companies also become quite conscious before the increment. Such decisions are taking after considering a lot. Therefore, there is not much increase in the salary of employees for the last three years.
