Singhare Atte Ka Halwa Recipe
- Water chestnut flour – 1 cup
- Chinese – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Cashew and almonds – 4 to 5 chopped
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Saffron – 1/2 tsp

Method (singhare atte ka halwa recipe)
- First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Then add water chestnut flour and fry it well on medium flame. Keep frying the color of the dough till it becomes light golden.
- Now add water (or milk) slowly to this flour and keep stirring continuously so that the lumps do not fall. Mix the mixture well.
- When the pudding starts thickening, add sugar to it and mix well. Then add chopped cashews, almonds and cardamom powder. If you are using saffron then you can also put it.
- After the pudding is thick, add some more ghee to it and fry the halwa for some time. This pudding should be cooked well on low flame.
- Now your delicious waterfall pudding is ready. Serve it hot and consume it as a fast on Mahashivaratri.
