Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has announced a major residential scheme—Govind Vihar Housing Scheme—where successful applicants will be provided plots at a significantly reduced rate. The market rate for this scheme is ₹40,000 per square meter, but JDA will offer these plots at just ₹18,000 per square meter to the selected applicants. The scheme has been registered under RERA.

Govind Vihar Housing Scheme Lottery Results

The lottery for the Govind Vihar Housing Scheme was drawn on February 20, 2025, with a total of 202 plots being distributed. The entire lottery process, along with the list of successful applicants, can be viewed on JDA’s official YouTube channel.

Before the lottery, the JDA Deputy Commissioner shared details about the scheme. He confirmed that the market rate for plots in the Govind Vihar scheme is ₹40,000 per square meter, but JDA has offered them at a much lower price of ₹18,000 per square meter for the benefit of the public. Additionally, the scheme has already been registered with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

Key Details of the Scheme:

  • The total area for the scheme is 23 hectares, with 202 plots reserved.
  • The scheme is located near Agra Road, Bassi Ring Road, and is close to Khatiwala Railway Station.
  • The demarcation for each plot has been done, and road construction is in progress.
  • RERA registration has been completed for the project.

Important Dates and Next Steps for Successful Applicants:

JDA has planned a special camp for successful applicants on March 10 and 11 at the JDA Citizen Service Center. During the camp, documents will be verified, and after document verification, the allocation request form will be provided.

  • Document Verification: After submitting the payment, applicants will be able to apply online for the lease, following the document verification process.
  • Site Plan: The site plan for the plots is ready, and once the payment is made, the lease (patta) will be issued.
  • Link for Application: All successful applicants will receive a message with a link to download the application form. Documents will need to be submitted to the Zone 10 office within 21 days based on the provided checklist.
