After filling in all the details, the form has to be submitted to the school where the child studies.According to the government website, till now more than 31 crore children have registered for Apaar ID.

  • You have to visit the website Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) https://www.abc.gov.in/ under the Ministry of Education. There, click on the 'My Account' section visible at the top right and select the 'Student' option. Then register on DigiLocker, to register there students have to provide their Aadhaar number and other details.
  • After logging into DigiLocker, Aadhaar details will have to be shared for KYC verification. Some other details like academic information, school name, etc. will have to be given. After submission, the APAAR ID will be ready.
  • Again you will have to go to the Academic Bank of Credit website and log in. You will find the option of 'APAAR card download' in the dashboard. You will get the option to download or print the ID, it will have to be processed.
