Delhiites will witness a festival of its own kind when rock band Parikrama collaborates with over 30 musicians for a festival that focusses on mental health. The festival, Be Good #ForYou , will focus on wellness workshops , real conversations and music. With stretching workshops and mindful conversations, the festival brings attention to mental health in its fourth edition.
The conversation on mental health will be followed by five hours of music featuring the American singer songwriter NAHKO , Pulkit Jain from India and the Super Mighty Parikrama & Friends with over 40 musicians on stage for the cause.
Subir Malik from Parikrama told us, "We are doing this long three and half marathon with Parikrama and friends. This will have more than 30 musicians come and jam with Parikrama. We had a wish list of more people but we are excited to share the stage with our friends"
"Be Good started as a belief, grew into a movement, and now, it’s a festival—a space where people come together to stand for what truly matters. In Chapter 1, we stood #ForHer, in Chapter 2, we spoke up #ForEarth, and in Chapter 3, we raised our voices #ForManipur. Now, in our 4th edition, it’s all #ForYou—a space where music heals, conversations spark change, and wellness transforms," added Poonam, Initiator, Be Good Tribe.
