New images of potential Chelsea kits for the 2025/26 season have been leaked online. More designs and pictures are likely to emerge in the coming months ahead of the new season.

Both home and away kits have surfaced online with the initial reaction being split.

That is likely to change over the summer with the planned return of a higher quality of European football to Stamford Bridge. They currently have a black hole in their accounts after failing to replace the short-term deal with Infinite Athlete, who took on matters for nine months before becoming the sleeve sponsor.

The best way to describe the ones of a possible home shirt is of a mixture between this season's patterned front and last year's under arm design.

Still in royal blue, the shirt has no symmetry with a variety of diagonal lines, different colour shades, and unique patches of different shapes, there is a bit of the 2019/20 kit evident. With a collar that has a white front and navy back, it also mirrors the blueprint of last season's throwback and basic elements.

Under the arms are a separate, darker blue trim with white and red streaks towards the top. The sleeves also have a navy hoop at the end to round things off.

Previous leaks have been less controversial, instead opting for a subtle pinstripe and minimalist front. Images have shown kits with a retro lion badge in white and thin red outlines. That also included a split collar but opting for a vertical divide and lighter blue-white contrast.

Alongside this newest leak, from Opaleak, a self-described global kit news source, are more from FootyHeadlines. This time with the away kit design, Chelsea's potential white top has made its way into the public.

Once more taking a retro feel, the base-white top includes a red and green stripe down the centre. It draws inspiration from the 1974/75 kit which had a green lion badge and two block stripes. This version uses a series of much thinner stripes to add a modern vibe.

There is very little flourish to the away kit design, only repeating the dark green and red colourway for a hooped end-of-sleeve touch. Both the home and away kits could include red, which has had a historical place on the club shirt but tends not to be popular with some supporters who associate it with their rivals.

The move add a retro badge is a welcome addition, though. Chelsea's 2024/25 home kit did not impress massively once announced. The slick design of the cream away top did, however.
