Steps to file complaint:

  • Go to Morth.nic.in website.
  • Click on the Grievance section.
  • Fill the information sought like name, mobile number and challan number.
  • Give details of your complaint and upload the required documents.
  • After filling all the information, submit the form.

After this your complaint will be investigated, and if the challan is found wrong, it will be canceled.

How to complain of challan offline?

If you are not able to file a complaint online, then you can also complain offline. For this, you can tell your problem by going to the traffic police station or calling the helpline number.
