RRB ALP Result 2025 DECLARED: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB ALP Result 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the first computer-based test (CBT 1) of CEN 01/2024 can check their results by visiting the official website of RRB indianrailways.gov.in. This result has been released for those regions where the candidates had applied for the exam.

Apart from this, candidates can also check theirs easily through the links given below. The regions for which the results have been released include Mumbai, Bilaspur, Thiruvananthapuram, Siliguri, Ranchi, Malda, and Kolkata.

Exam Details and Selection Process
The Computer Based Test (CBT 1) of RRB ALP was conducted from 25 to 29 November 2024. The provisional answer key for this exam was released on 5 December 2024 and candidates got the opportunity to raise objections till 10 December.

The selection process consists of five stages.

There is negative marking on the exam
CBT 1 and CBT 2 have negative markings. For giving a wrong answer, ⅓ marks are deducted from the marks allotted for that question. Whereas there is no negative marking in CBAT.

Positions to be filled for RRB ALP

Under this recruitment drive of RRB ALP, a total of 18,799 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) posts will be reinstated. Earlier RRB had advertised 5696 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) vacancies but based on the additional demand received from the zonal railways, the number of these vacancies was increased to 18,799.
