With the opening of its new headquarters in Plano, Texas, Tech Mahindra said on Friday that it has made a major move toward growing its presence in the US.
The action demonstrates the company’s increasing dedication to the US market and its endeavors to enhance its position as a catalyst for technical advancement in several sectors.
The new office, which is Tech Mahindra’s 19th in the US, is well situated in North Texas, a state renowned for its rich talent pool and robust business climate.
The office, which has 130 seats and is 27,000 square feet in size, is expected to develop into a center for digital solutions, customer service, and technological consultancy.
The projected Innovation Lab within the Plano plant is one of the main features of Tech Mahindra’s development.
As a center of excellence, the lab will propel research and development initiatives to spur innovation.

Texas is a new technological and innovative powerhouse, according to Lakshmanan Chidambaram, president and head of Tech Mahindra’s Americas Leadership Council.
“We celebrate the opening of our new facility as a top employer in North Texas, which highlights our commitment to supporting customers, partners, and the local economy,” Chidambaram said.
He continued by saying that the new building would allow us to expand our innovation capabilities, especially in fields like cybersecurity, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, providing state-of-the-art solutions that satisfy changing market demands.
In the meanwhile, the supplier of digital and IT solutions reported a 21.4% decrease in net profit in Q3 to Rs 988 crore (quarter-over-quarter) from Rs 1,257 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q3 FY24).
At the conclusion of the quarter, the corporation had 150,488, a decrease of 3,785 from the quarterly total.
