Actor Nana Patekar has once again come into the discussion among the people about the 'Me Too' case. In the year 2018, a case of sexual harassment was registered on many legendary stars, which also included the name of Nana Patekar. However, at the moment he has got relief from the court. Nana Patekar was accused of sexual harassment by actress Tanushree Dutta. But now the magistrate has dismissed the complaint against Nana Patekar.

During the shooting of a movie in 2008, Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of trying to sexually harass sex. However, this case registered a case against the actor in the year 2018 under the MeToo campaign. But now the actress has suffered a setback from the court regarding this matter. Because the magistrate office has dismissed Tanushree Dutta's petition. Giving the reason for dismissal, it has been said that there is no evidence to prove the allegations.

Lack of evidence in complaint

Tanushree Dutta had filed a case of molestation and intimidation against Nana Patekar and others in the Andheri Magistrate Court. The case was being heard in front of Magistrate Nilesh Bansal. But at present, due to lack of evidence, the closure report given by the Mumbai Police and the complaint filed by Tanushree have been canceled. The actress accused Nana Patekar not only, but also choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Abdul Sami Siddiqui and producer Rakesh Sarang. The actress claimed that Nana Patekar tried to sexually harass her during the shooting of the film 'Horn Ok Please' in 2008. He told that the shooting of the singer-actor was going on, even then Nana Patekar came on the set.

"All these allegations were false"

Tanushree lodged an FIR at Oshiwara police station. In this case, Nana Patekar said in an old interview that "I knew that these allegations were false, so there was no question of getting angry. Why should we get angry at lies and allegations? Now these things have become very old. What can I say about what happened now? Everyone knows what the truth is. At that time, what was I going to say about what happened? Suddenly someone comes and says you did this, you did that. What should I answer at that time accuses me? I didn't do this, should I have said this? "
