At the Divisional Railway Hospital here on Friday, Waltair Division hosted a free medical awareness and health camp.
A group of railway physicians led by ACMS Dr. Charumathi, ACMS Dr. Laxman Rao, and chief medical superintendent Dr. R K Thiruarul Jothi carried out the ceremony. The program offered information on effective treatment for physical difficulties and intended to increase railway personnel’s understanding of health issues. To evaluate officers’ health and provide guidance on maintaining their well-being, an executive health check-up program was also carried out.
The camp was attended by 15 dependents and 70 officers. Furthermore, Dr. Vamsi Krishna, MD, Endocrinologist from Medi Cover Hospitals, gave an educational presentation on the endocrine system and health management.
Divisional Railway Manager Lalit Bohra, the event’s main guest, stressed the need for proper diet and personal health care for all railway officials and employees. He encouraged everyone to regularly prioritize their health.
