Former regular Ben Foden has carved out a new career as a real estate agent more than a decade after winning the . The retired full-back, who scored seven tries in 34 appearances for his country, was part of the triumphant tournament squad in 2011.

Steve Borthwick's side of today are surprisingly in the running for this year's title after winning two of their first three matches. And Foden, 39, knows all too well the praise that could come England's way if they manage to clinch the trophy against the odds.

Besides his Six Nations success, Foden was also part of the Northampton Saints team that defeated Saracens to win the Premiership title in 2014. However, after moving to Major League Rugby in 2019, Foden has built a new life for himself and his family in the United States.

Despite , he has maintained a lavish lifestyle as a real estate agent in New York. Around the time of his retirement, (via ) reported Foden had a net worth of approximately £5.1million.

The report also claimed Foden's salary at the height of his career in Northampton was around £1m. However, this figure would likely only be accurate for the final few seasons of his 14-year stint in English rugby, not including the substantial sums he would have earned representing England.

Beyond the rugby field, the Chester-born star also ventured into reality TV, appearing on Dancing With the Stars in 2022, where he was the first to be voted off. He had more success on The X-Factor: Celebrity in 2018, where he and his group, Try Star, reached the semi-finals.

Foden now works for the New York branch of the Douglas Elliman real estate group, which also has offices in Florida and California, among others. The firm specialises in luxury properties, many valued at more than £1million.

One such property recently let by Foden's team was a grand five-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. And you too could rent a property from Foden - if you can afford the £13,500 monthly rent.

After being nominated for an award at his new job in 2024, Foden expressed his gratitude, saying he was "humbled" to receive the honour. However, he did note it was "a little different from winning championships or cup finals."

"Everyday we all strive for excellence and everyday I try and learn and be better than before," he added. "Looking forward to what's around the corner. Love the journey and the destination doesn't really matter."

The former rugby star was previously married to ex-Saturdays singer Una Healy, with whom he shares two children. He has since added two more daughters with current wife Jackie Smith, who runs an aromatherapy business, The Goddess Line.
