New Delhi:- The government is running many schemes to make the women of the country strong and self -reliant. In this episode, last year LIC launched the 'Insurance Sakhi Yojana'. This scheme is specially designed for 10th pass women, which gives them a golden opportunity to earn. Through this scheme, women can earn up to Rs 7,000 every month, and can earn more than 2 lakh rupees in 3 years. To apply in this scheme, you should be between 18 and 70 years old.

Golden opportunity to become LIC agent, will get special training

Under this scheme, 10th pass women will be given special training to become a LIC agent. The government aims to prepare 2 lakh 'insurance friends' from across the country in the next 3 years. Trained insurance women will also be given stipend for the first 3 years. After successfully completing the training, women can serve as a LIC agent. Apart from this, graduate women can also get an opportunity to become a development officer in LIC.

Earning will also be done during training
Women selected under the 'Insurance Sakhi' scheme will be given stipend during training. This stipend will be Rs 7,000 per month in the first year, Rs 6,000 per month in the second year and Rs 5,000 per month in the third year. In this way, women can earn more than 2 lakh rupees through stipend in 3 years. Additionally, they can also increase their income through their commission.

Conditions required for application

Only women can apply for 'Insurance Sakhi Yojana'.

It is mandatory for the applying woman to have a certificate of matriculation/high school/10th pass.

The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 70 years.

Eligible women will be given three years training by the government.

After training, women will work as an insurance agent.

Fill all the necessary information sought here like name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and address correctly.

If you are to any agent/development officer/employee/medical examiner of LIC India, then also give information about it.
