On the latest episode of Saturday Kitchen, Matt Tebbutt was over the moon to welcome Floella Benjamin, whose talents as an actress, singer, presenter, author, and politician are widely recognised.

All eyes were on Floella in the most recent episode of the culinary show, with fans unanimously awed by her youthful glow. Introducing her, the BBC host remarked: "I feel like I should be bowing, or not looking you in the eye or something like that! I got so excited when I heard you were coming back."

Viewers were similarly struck by the 75-year-old's age-defying looks, gushing over her unchanged appearance since starring on Play School which she joined in 1976.

During her appearance, Floella delivered a powerful message in honour of International Women's Day. Looking into the camera, she said: "On International Women's Day, I say to all the men out there, really, really, appreciate your women.

"Worship your women, because we bring life into the , we nurture the world. I want all the little boys growing up to learn to respect women. Respect women even if they're successful, reports

"A lot of men don't respect women, and they feel threatened by women when they grow up. I say, women are growing, women are moving to the top what we're going to do is to bring men along with us."

Her statement was met with enthusiastic applause and cheers from the studio audience as Matt Tebbutt continued cooking beside her.

Floella also took a moment to celebrate her own love story, revealing that she and her husband Keith have been together for an impressive 54 years.

When Matt inquired about their secret to longevity, she shared: "He just says, 'Yes dear, when you're ready dear, in your own time dear.'"

She added a sweet daily ritual, noting: "Every morning, he brings me a cup of tea, and he kisses me and says, 'You get more beautiful every day.'"
