Randeep Hooda's first look as 'Jaat' villain revealed

Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda is gearing up to play the antagonist in the upcoming film Jaat starring superstar Sunny Deol.

The movie, directed by Gopichand Malineni, will be released worldwide on Baisakhi (April 10).

Hooda's first look as his character Ranatunga was unveiled by Mythri Movie Makers on Monday.

The production house is best known for producing the Pushpa film franchise.

Sharing Hooda's first look as Ranatunga on social media platform, Mythri Movie Makers wrote, "Evil has a new name - RANATUNGA. Here's @RandeepHooda from the world of #JAAT."

"The stage is set for a ruthless face-off with the Jaat," the production house added while revealing more details.

Meanwhile, the film is co-produced by People Media Factory.

Jaat is being billed as a "high-octane drama" with "larger-than-life action sequences."

The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The cast also includes Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, and Regina Cassandra.

The music for Jaat is being composed by Thaman S, who is known for Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Daaku Maharaj, Varisu, and Guntur Kaaram.
